General — About Athletic Republic North Davis

We’re at 340 West Antelope Drive, Suite B104, Clearfield, UT 84015 — right here in Davis County. You can call or text us at (385) 332-3871 or email NorthDavis@AthleticRepublicTeam.com. The fastest way to get started is to fill out the contact form on our site and we’ll follow up to get you scheduled.

We’re a full sports performance and adult fitness facility. For young athletes we run our Ignition (ages 7–11) and Acceleration (ages 12–18) programs, one-on-one personal training, and team training. For adults we offer HYROX training, one-on-one personal training, and Open Gym time. We also run a Return to Ready / ACL Bridge program for athletes coming back from injury. Whether you’re a first-timer or a competitor, there’s a lane for you here.

We’re not a “swipe your card and wander the floor” gym. Athletic Republic is built on 35+ years of sports science, proprietary equipment like our Super Running Treadmills, and evidence-based protocols delivered by certified trainers in a small-group setting. With more than 2 million athletes trained across the brand, our approach is about coaching you to move better, not just handing you a workout. You get real attention and a plan built around you.

Yes. Athletic Republic North Davis is locally owned and operated, and we’re proud to be part of the Clearfield and Davis County community. You’ll see the same familiar faces coaching your classes and greeting you at the door.

Class times run throughout the day, from early morning through evening, Monday through Sunday, and our HYROX Open Gym is available on weekdays from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–5:30 PM. Our schedule shifts seasonally — a summer schedule runs through August 19, and our fall/school-year schedule begins August 20. The full, current schedule lives on our Schedule page.

Memberships are billed monthly and give you access to the classes in your program. Membership is month-to-month, and you can upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel at any time. Reach out and we’ll walk you through the option that fits your goals and budget.

Absolutely. Athletes can book a free trial and adults can try a free HYROX class. Anyone exploring personal training can schedule a free 45-minute assessment where we review your history and goals, put you through a light workout, and tour the facility. It’s a no-pressure way to see if we’re the right fit. Just call or fill out the form to set it up.

Youth Athlete Training

We have two youth programs. Ignition is for ages 7–11 and focuses on the building blocks — fundamental movement, coordination, balance, and body awareness — in a fun, developmentally appropriate way. Acceleration is our flagship program for ages 12–18 (and up through college and pro), developing speed, power, agility, and stamina, with additional classes . When you reach out, we’ll help you place your athlete in the right group.

Yes and no — in the best way. We build the athletic foundation that carries across every sport: speed, explosiveness, lateral agility, foot speed, stability, and injury resistance. Then we layer in sport-specific skills so those gains show up on the field, court, pitch, or track. Athletes from all sports train together and all get individualized coaching.

It’s one of the safest, smartest things a young athlete can do when it’s coached correctly — and that’s our whole approach. Our protocols are built on sound biomechanics with a heavy emphasis on joint health, proper form, and injury prevention. Trainers keep our athlete-to-coach ratio low so every rep is monitored. The goal is confident, resilient athletes who move well as they grow.

we test every athlete at the start of a training block to assess strengths, symmetry, and areas to improve, then test again at the end to measure real, objective results. You’ll see progress in the numbers — and you’ll see it in how your athlete performs in their sport. We also use tools like our mirror feedback and Dartfish video system so athletes can see and correct their own mechanics.

Both matter. Research shows an athlete can lose up to 10% of their maximum speed in just seven days without continued speed training, so consistency is everything. Off-season is for building strength and refining skills; in-season training keeps athletes sharp and reduces mid-season fatigue and injury risk. We tailor the work to complement game schedules so your athlete stays fresh, not fried.

The easiest first step is a free trial class. Call or text us at (385) 332-3871 or fill out the form on our site, tell us your athlete’s age and sport, and we’ll get them scheduled and placed in the right group. A waiver needs to be accepted before their first trial or class, and athletes should wear proper shoes for running. We have water if they forget their water bottle!

HYROX

HYROX is a global fitness race that blends endurance and strength into one event. You run 1 kilometer, then hit a functional workout station, and repeat that eight times — 8 km of running plus 8 stations, finishing with 100 wall balls. The stations are the same worldwide (SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls), so athletes everywhere can compare times on one global leaderboard. It’s often called “the World Series of Fitness Racing” — and it’s built for everybody, from first-timers to elites.

Not at all. Our HYROX training turns the race fundamentals into a well-rounded, high-intensity functional fitness program that works whether you’re chasing a podium or just want to get seriously fit. Plenty of our members train for the community, the challenge, and the results — and never step on a race floor. If you do want to race, we’ll get you ready for that too.

Yes — we’re an official, accredited HYROX training facility. That means our programming and coaching follow the standards of the sport, so you’re training the real thing with people who know it inside and out.

No. HYROX is designed as “a sport for every body,” and our classes are coached and scalable — weights, reps, and running are adjusted to meet you where you are. You’ll be working alongside like-minded people toward a common goal, and our trainers make sure you’re moving safely and building up at the right pace. Newcomers are exactly who we love to coach.

HYROX classes are 60 minutes and run throughout the day, seven days a week — early mornings, midday, and evenings on weekdays, plus morning options on Saturday and Sunday. We also offer Open Gym on weekdays (8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–5:30 PM) for training on your own schedule. Check the Schedule page for exact current times, since we adjust seasonally.

Reach out through our contact form or call/text (385) 332-3871 and we’ll get you booked.

Adult Fitness

Not even a little. Our adult programs are built for real people at every fitness level — whether you’re just starting out, getting back into it, or already active and wanting more. Members consistently tell us the atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and motivating rather than intimidating. You bring the willingness; we’ll bring the plan.

Two main paths: HYROX group training and one-on-one personal training — plus Open Gym time for members.

Our space is designed for focused, coached workouts — not a crowded floor where you’re on your own. You get expert guidance on form and technique, a plan built around your goals, and a supportive community that actually knows your name. It’s quality of coaching and attention over sheer square footage.

Yes. Our Return to Ready / ACL Bridge program is built exactly for this — it bridges the gap between finishing physical therapy and returning to a full fitness routine, so you rebuild strength, mobility, stability, and power safely and avoid re-injury. The program includes regular evaluations to track your progress. We recommend doctor/PT clearance before starting this program.

That depends on your goals — building strength, improving endurance, moving better day to day, losing weight, or training for an event — and we build your program around what you want. What stays constant is the science-based approach, regular assessments to track progress, and coaching that adjusts as you improve. Consistency plus a real plan is what gets results, and that’s what we’re here for.

Book a free HYROX class to find out what all the hype is about, or a free 45-minute Personal Training assessment  where we’ll review your health history, lifestyle, and goals, guide you through a light workout to gauge where you’re at, tour the facility, and build your plan from there. Call or text (385) 332-3871 or fill out the form on our site.

Personal Training

One-on-one attention every session, a workout plan customized to your specific goals, expert guidance on form and technique, regular assessments to track progress, and ongoing adjustments as you improve. It’s the highest level of customization we offer — your trainer becomes a dedicated partner in your fitness journey, not just a workout buddy.

Yes — every personal training journey starts with a free 45-minute assessment. We review your health history, lifestyle, and goals, then take you through a light workout to evaluate your strength, flexibility, and endurance. We use all of that to build a training plan made specifically for you. It’s complimentary and there’s no obligation.

Anyone who wants a fully individualized plan and focused, private coaching — whether you’re brand new and want guidance from day one, working around an injury or specific limitation, chasing a defined goal, or you simply prefer one-on-one over a group. If you’re not sure it’s the right fit, the free assessment is a great way to find out.

Definitely — many members combine them. If one-on-one isn’t the right fit right now, our Youth and HYROX classes deliver many of the same benefits in a motivating group setting while keeping the trainer-to-client ratio low so you still get individualized attention. We’ll help you find the right balance of private and group training.

That’s part of what we’ll map out together in your assessment, based on your goals, schedule, and starting point. Your trainer will recommend a frequency that challenges you without overtraining, and we’ll adjust it as you progress. Consistency matters more than intensity when you’re starting out — and we’ll keep you accountable.

We offer a few personal training packages to fit different budgets and frequencies. The best next step is a free 45-minute assessment — we’ll talk goals and walk you through the options that make sense for you. Call or text (385) 332-3871 to book.
